We are excited to start our sixt winter swimming season on Aug 22nd. Depending on the weather, we might stay at Ufschötti after our swim or head over to the LiLi Centre to share lunch, as well as useful winter swimming tips and tricks together.
We invite you to join us for a guided tour of the Lake Energy Centre followed by a dip in the lake.

Join us for the 29th Samichlaus Swim in Merlischachen. This is a fun event in which our group has already participated a couple of times.
We will start the day with a stop at a little sauna on lake Sarnen and continue to stay over night in the youth hostel in Leissigen with direct access to lake Thun. On Sunday, we will go to lake Oeschinen for a hopefully really cold dip in this stunning mountain lake close to Kandersteg.

The Griessee is a glacier lake in the Swiss Alps with a direct glacier break. About an hour's walk from the Klausen Pass you can immerse yourself in a bizarre world of glacial moraines, water and ice.

Let’s enjoy a beautiful sunset at Meggerhorn together. We will be meeting at 7 pm at the Schlossbistro. Alternatively, we can cycle there together from Luzern. For the cyclists, the meeting point will be at 6:30 pm at the Luzernerhof bus stop / Bachmann kiosk.

This evening will begin by a sunset swim at Ufschötti at 19:30, after which we will head back to Lili Centre to warm up with tea and snacks (Please bring something to share with the group). At about 20:30 we will proceed with a guided meditation and a goal-setting practice.

During one week, we will be swimming every morning at 07:00 at Ufschötti. You are free to join us every day or just whenever it suits your schedule.
On this evening, every member of our group who attended our Tuesday and/or Saturday swims at least once a month during December, January, February and March will receive our official winter swimming certificate.
