This year, for the first time, we are supporting the project "Dip against trash", which was initiated by students of the HSLU for their project work "Waste removal from the lake with the support of abfalltaucher.ch".

Here is the announcement of the HSLU event:

On Saturday, 3 December 2022 you can jump into the cold water with us. We have prepared a small course for you at the Seeclub Luzern. Under the supervision of lifeguards, you can help us raise awareness for Swiss lakes and collect donations for litter divers. Participation is free of charge.

The litter divers support the maintenance of the Swiss lakes by diving for litter and taking it out. They stand for sustainability and environmental love. We would be very happy about your support and participation in our event, so that together we can contribute to our environment in Switzerland.

Financial support for the litter divers is possible through:
- Voluntary donations on site
- Consumption of food & drinks, offer on site
- Crowdfunding
