Our winter swimming trainers can be booked for private winter swimming introductions (in winter), company events, and mountain hikes with cold water dips (in summer). All events can be tailored to your needs. To give you an idea of what your winter swimming event could look like, we have listed two possible events below. Private Introduction to winter Swimming

Are you fascinated by the idea of taking a winterly dip in ice-cold water but have so far been scared to do so on your own? Are you looking for a different kind of birthday event that will definitely be a memorable one?
Are you feeling a bit stuck in your life at the moment and looking for a new hobby to boost your mood and willpower?

Although your friends will almost certainly call you a bit crazy, we guarantee that a private winter swimming introduction will be an unforgettable experience with many benefits for your health and wellbeing!

We offer private winter swimming introductions from mid-October till the end of April.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Programme: Important and interesting background and safety info on winter swimming; breathing exercises to mentally prepare you for the swim (optional); short warm-up before swimming (optional); winter swimming in Lake Lucerne or in a lake/river of your choice; warming up with a cup of tea and some snacks at the LiLi Centre or at a place of your choice; opportunity for Q&A about winter swimming/cold training
Number of participants: 2–10 (one trainer); 11–20 (two trainers)
Location: LiLi Centre/Ufschötti, Lucerne or at preferred location

Four-Lake HikE / Vier-Seen-Wanderung

Join us for a stunning hike in the Central Swiss Alps that not only spoils you with fantastic views, but also offers you four great opportunities to swim in a refreshing mountain lake.
On this trip, we will show you the best spots to enter each lake and help you find the courage to dive in, even if you have never swum in a mountain lake before.

The hike is suitable for families and can potentially also be done in two days with an overnight stay at Engstlenalp Hotel.

We offer this hike from mid-June till mid-October.

Duration: One or two days
Programme: Whole-day hike from Melchsee‐Frutt–Tannalp–Engstlenalp–Jochpass–Trüebsee (Engelberg) with four possible dips in mountain lakes. Walking distance: 13.54 km. Walking time: 4h 10 min. Chairlifts can be taken up and down the Jochpass for those with tired feet.
Number of participants: 2–10 (with one trainer), 11–20 (with two trainers)
Starting point: Melchsee-Frutt; End point: Engelberg
