NATASCHA MATHIS

Natascha discovered winter swimming in winter 2020. She is a huge water lover and was curious to find out how her body would react to colder temperatures. Leaving her comfort zone was sometimes quite challenging in the beginning. However, this quickly changed and now, winter swimming is greatly enriching her life.

Natascha is still very fascinated by the manifold effects cold water has on her body, mind and soul. She goes swimming several times a week in different waters all over Central Switzerland and loves to benefit from the positive results of each cold water swim.
