Meine Teilnahme am Winterschwimmen von Gerda Imhof, Jörg Hoffmann, Yvonne Stutz, Fabienne Meier, Natascha Mathis, Sandro Mathis, Seline Güggi, Anna Szalkowski oder einem/einer anderen Vertreterin von The WinterSwimmers [nachfolgend: "Host"] erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und Risiko.

My participation in the winter swimming or cold training activities of Gerda Imhof, Jörg Hoffmann, Yvonne Stutz, Fabienne Meier, Natascha Mathis, Sandro Mathis, Seline Güggi, Anna Szalkowski or another representative of The WinterSwimmers (“the Host”) is at my own risk.

Ich verzichte hiermit ausdrücklich auf sämtliche Ansprüche gegenüber den Hosts – gleich welcher Art – aus Schadensfällen, Verletzungen oder Folgeschädigungen:
a. die im Zusammenhang mit meiner Teilnahme am Winterschwimmen,
b. oder einer weiteren (Kälte-)Trainings-Aktivität von The WinterSwimmers eintreten könnten, es sei denn, die Hosts handeln vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig.

I hereby expressly waive all claims – of any kind whatsoever – for damages, injuries or consequential damages arising from my participation in:
a. winter swimming

b. other cold training activities organized by The WinterSwimmers unless the Host is acting with gross negligence.

Auch für Sachschäden oder Diebstahl wird eine Haftung vonseiten des Hosts ausgeschlossen.

The Host is also not liable for damage to – or loss of – property.

Ich versichere, gesund zu sein. Ich habe mich bei einem Arzt meines Gesundheitszustandes versichert. Habe ich darauf verzichtet, so tue ich dies auf eigene Verantwortung.

I confirm that I am in good health. I have checked the state of my health with a doctor. If I declined to check the state of my health this is also my own responsibility.

Für gesundheitliche Risiken, auch solche, die mir selbst aktuell nicht bekannt sind, übernehmen die Hosts im Falle eines Unfalls oder Schadens keine Haftung.

The Host does not accept any liability for damage to my health in the event of an accident or injury, even where the damage arises from a condition not currently known to me.

Jede Erkrankung und auch plötzliche Befindlichkeitsänderungen wie Übelkeit, Schwindel, Schmerz, Herzrasen oder Ähnlichem werde ich sofort den Hosts mitteilen und gegebenenfalls das Training abbrechen.

I will immediately inform my winter swimming host about any illness and also sudden changes of state including but not limited to nausea, dizziness, pain, tachycardia (irregular heartbeat or changes to heart rhythm) and if necessary, stop the training.

Ich bin gegen Unfälle und Verletzungen sowie gegen Sachschäden und Diebstahl, die im Rahmen des Winterschwimmens oder einer weiteren Aktivität von The WinterSwimmers auftreten können, versichert. Gleiches gilt für den direkten Weg von und zum Trainingsort. Ist dies nicht der Fall, geschieht dies auf meine Verantwortung.

I am insured against accidents and injuries that may occur during winter swimming and cold training and against theft and damage of property. The same applies to the direct route from and to the training location. If this is not the case, it is my responsibility.
